Terms of use
Last updated: 15 October 2026
Using omidapp means accepting these terms, which are governed by the law of the country where omidapp operates, including its consumer-protection and e-commerce rules (the operator responsible for this service is omidapp).
1. Definitions
- Platform: the website and app of omidapp.
- User: anyone who signs in with their mobile number.
- Business / Seller: a reviewed business offering services or goods on the platform, responsible for service quality and product authenticity.
2. Accounts
- Available sign-in methods appear on the login page. When SMS is disabled, approved accounts use a username and password; new registrations await owner approval. Each number belongs to one person, who is responsible for account activity.
- Information you enter, including name and delivery address, must be correct and belong to you or the actual recipient.
- The platform may restrict or suspend accounts for abuse, such as repeated no-shows, fake reviews or attempts to bypass payment.
3. Appointments
- The service price, deposit and Cancellation policy of each business appear before payment. The policy is recorded with the booking and later changes do not affect it.
- The deposit is part of the service price and is deducted from your final payment at the business.
- Prices marked “from” are minimum prices; the final amount depends on the specialist and details of the work.
- The business is responsible for service delivery, hygiene and quality. In a dispute, submit a request through Support.
4. Purchases
- The seller enters product details, price and delivery method, which are reviewed before publication. Cosmetic and hygiene products must carry a valid registration code where the law requires one.
- Order confirmation and dispatch deadlines and return terms appear on the Appointment cancellation and product returns page.
- The business itself is the seller and issues the sales invoice in its own name. omidapp is an order intermediary: buyers receive an order receipt, and sellers receive invoices only for the platform's commission.
4.1 Payment on delivery
- With payment on delivery, you pay the seller directly when receiving the goods; omidapp receives no money.
- If a return is accepted, the seller refunds the buyer directly within three days, in cash, card transfer or bank transfer, and records it on omidapp; the buyer confirms receipt. omidapp does not pay this refund from its wallet, but follows up and adjudicates the case, restricting or suspending the seller if the refund is not made.
- The commission of omidapp for these orders is billed monthly and payable by the seller within ten days. No commission is charged for returned and refunded goods.
5. Payments and refunds
- Online payment is available only when the gateway is active and shown in the flow. Otherwise, the product page explains how to arrange with the seller. Listing a product does not itself mean an order or payment on omidapp.
- Online payment refunds go, at your choice, to the wallet on omidapp immediately or to your bank card according to bank processing times. Sellers refund payment-on-delivery orders directly (section 4.1).
- If a payment is reported as unsuccessful but money was taken, the payment provider returns it automatically, usually within a few working days.
6. Reviews and user content
Reviews and questions must be respectful and relevant. Abusive or promotional content, contact details and unsupported medical claims are not published.
Automatic wallet spending is not enabled in the current interface. New academy purchases depend on finalising contracts and sales rules.
7. Wallet, gift cards and points
Wallet and gift card credit can only be used for purchases on omidapp and cannot be exchanged for cash unless legally required. Gift card expiry dates appear on the card.
7.1 Business product recommendations
Businesses may recommend products to customers. If a purchase comes through a business page or link, that business receives a percentage of the share earned by omidapp. This does not change the buyer's price or seller's proceeds. It is calculated only after the return period for goods the buyer kept.
7.2 Job advertisements
Businesses are responsible for accurate job advertisements. When applying, your mobile and submitted details are shown only to that business. Support may remove inaccurate or offensive advertisements.
8. Changes to terms
These terms may change. The updated version appears here and you will be asked to accept it when next signing in. Changes never affect earlier bookings or orders.
9. Complaints
Submit complaints through support. Each request has a tracking code. If a complaint is not resolved, you may contact the consumer-protection authority or another competent body in the country where omidapp operates.
Chatting with a business
We keep chat messages and photos to provide the service and settle disputes. These photos are not public; only the two sides of the chat can see them. When needed, such as for a complaint, a report or a safety check, a small number of authorised omidapp staff may review the chat and its photos; each review is recorded with the person's name, the time and the chat id.
Automatic checks look for unsafe messages and attempts to move payment outside omidapp. If translation is on, only the message text is sent to the translation service; photos are never sent for translation.
